David grew up and was schooled in the Shepparton and Numurkah area, and has had extensive involvement in the tennis and golf communities for over 40 years! Married for over 30 years with three stunning girls, David is very proud of his family unit.
Since forming Flanagan & Reed Real Estate with business partner Ed in 1989, David has helped build the firm from its fledgling beginnings into Shepparton’s longest continuous running Real Estate Agency. He now continues within our Gagliardi Scott team semi-retired, enjoying the rewards of all his hard work!

We leased 122 Rea Street, Shepparton through her and she was an exceptionally good property manager! Nothing was a problem to her, she was prompt and organised, she was easy to deal with and very professional. We have since purchased a house and as my partner is a builder, we plan to make each home a project and rent them out accordingly. We would use Jackie as our property manager going forward no matter which real estate she was at. It is important to recognise good employees like her and take the time to mention to their employers as she really made renting a nice experience upon our return from Melbourne late last year.
