  My brother and I recently sold our mother’s house after she passed away.  Mum had an appraisal done about a year ago, by ‘a nice young real estate agent’ that she knew in Numurkah – that was the only information I had. Brett assured us that houses were still selling in Numurkah, and that he was confident that he could sell Mum’s house.  Brett was friendly and thorough, explaining the process simply and putting the process into action promptly.  He went above and beyond his duties by offering to help us shift out a couple of heavy pieces of furniture and assisting a buyer to collect other furniture when we could not be present.  Brett kept us fully informed about inspections and clients, and negotiated a good fair price for us.  The sales process went very smoothly and the sale of the house was settled less than 8 weeks from when he took on the sale.  We would have no hesitation in recommending him and Gagliardi Scott in Numurkah for the sale or purchase of a property, and I am so glad that I sought out the agent and company that Mum had chosen.
