Seller of a house

Having owned my rental property for approx. 10 years, I had tried previously with another agent in Shepparton to sell and was left underwhelmed to say the least. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to hold onto this property for another 10 years or so when Rocky rang me out of the blue to see if i wanted to sell my house. After past experiences I was sceptical but thought what have I got to lose. I must say, I was more than impressed with what transpired. Rocky was extremely pro-active with the marketing of my property and as I am based in Darwin was very forthcoming with feedback from inspections as well as market conditions, selling quickly very close to the top of my advertised range. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Gagliardi Scott Real Estate to anyone looking to Sell, Buy or Rent a property.
