Emma (Tenant) contacted me after the inspection and said having GSRE as the property manager has been a positive experience. She has had poor experiences with previous real estates as a tenant but said everyone she has dealt with from GSRE has been “professional and lovely”. I have had the same experience as a landlord and appreciate how GSRE manages my property and am pleased to hear the tenant is also getting that!
