Sean was very pleasant form the first meeting, he came to see the property with 2 other agents to get there opinion as well & looked over the house from top to bottom. Therefore was very prepared in the next meeting to give me all the facts & figures i needed to make the choice on which agent i was going to go with. Simon worked very hard to get our place sold in a relatively short amount of time. He achieved for us a great price in a tough market and handled the sale from start to finish. He returned calls, answered questions, smoothed problems over and always did what he said he was going to do. He also kept communication lines between all parties open.
